Release of Liability Waiver
Before any participant or spectator can enter the cold room (the big space with the frozen water) a release of liability must be signed. A parent or guardian must sign the form for anyone under the age of 18.
The waiver is good for the duration of the season. So returning visitors only have to sign a waiver on their first visit of each season.
If clinic participants register individually on this website, acknowledgement of the online waiver during the signup process is all that is required. This is not available to private group bookings however, and organizers of these outings are encouraged to download the waiver form below and distribute to their group so that they can be completed and brought to the outing.
